This is a popular park and early in the season - don't miss out! We will be on the picnic loop in shelters #4 and #11 - start will be in one, finish in the other.
There will be a Silver (Walking Wounded) very short advanced course.
As part of the Adult Training series, the Brown advanced course will also be offered on a contour-only map, open to anyone that needs it, any age. Too short? Do it contour-only, then again with the full map to compare. (Sign up for two courses).

GAOC offers beginner instruction at all local meets. Runners may start their course any time between 11:00am and 1:00pm with a 3-hour time limit for all courses. All runners must be off the courses by 3:00pm.
From Atlanta, west on I-20 to exit 44. South on Thornton Rd. Right on Blairs Bridge Rd. Left on Mt Vernon. Follow signs to Park. We will be on the picnic loop in shelters #4 and #11. The park address is 1750 Mount Vernon Road, Lithia Springs, GA 30122.
Typical fees are shown below. Participants may go out on the course as individuals or with a group. E-chip rental is required if you do not have your own stick.
