The map has been updated this year adding several improvements.
A controlled burn has reduced some of the briars this year but long pants are still advised.
Volunteers are welcome. We will need help with flag pick up and instruction.

GAOC offers beginner instruction at all local meets. Runners may start their course any time between 11am and 1pm with a 3-hour time limit for all courses. All runners must be off the courses by 3pm.
From Atlanta, go South on I-75 to exit 237A, GA Hwy 85 (not I-85). Follow GA-85 South for approx. 40 miles to Gay, Georgia. Turn left at the only red light in Gay. Go 2.5 miles, then turn left into the check in station.

Typical fees are shown below. Participants may go out on the course as individuals or with a group. E-chip rental is required if you do not have your own stick.
