Join us Saturday, May 4th, at Tugaloo State Park. You will have an option to try a Postage Stamp and Traffic Light course on the Red and Orange courses. This is another training exercise, similar to "Contour Only" with emphasis on accurate compass and pacing, essential to moving through the forest at your fastest and "keeping your line".

GAOC offers beginner instruction at all local meets. Runners may start their course any time between 11:00am and 1:00pm with a 3-hour time limit for all courses. All runners must be off the courses by 3:00pm.
I-85 to Lavonia Exit #173. Turn north over the interstate. After 1/4 mile turn right (across from the Pizza Hut) and follow park signs 7 miles to the park. The address is 1763 Tugalo State Park Road, Lavonia, GA 30553.
Typical fees are shown below. Participants may go out on the course as individuals or with a group. E-chip rental is required if you do not have your own stick.
