I just got home and had to write right away: GAOC's G.R.I.T.S. at Smithgall was a blast.
Congratulations! Super Event! I had a ball!

Can't remember when I worked that hard for an award, but it makes it all that much more satisfying.

Please pass on to all those responsible my appreciation for a job well done.

What a monumental task to map that terrain and that vegetation. What a great job to lay down courses that test navigation in so many, many ways.

Your advice was that courses were Technical and that we had to "read the map". Simple, true and direct, and if I'd paid attention I'd have taken home a 1st place trophy and not a second place. But the appetite for more of the same has only grown. That's the evidence of your success.
