TMAC Site Visit - Rooms

The dorm rooms are typical college dorm rooms, with block walls, 2 beds, which can be bunked, two desks, built-in shelves and a closet (bring your own hangers). Linens and towels are not provided.

An accommodation package includes one bed and meals for 6 nights (Monday night through Saturday night). If someone is coming by them self or wants a single bedroom, they will need to purchase two accommodation packages.

We are looking into offering an exception for families who have children under 5-years old. The college may allow these young children to share the parent's room and meals at no additional cost, however extra beds and cots are not available.

Robin will handle all room assignments. She will block rooms in Garrison Hall for convention staff who confirm they are attending. This dorm is closest to the Student Center where registration will be held and is the only dorm that in air cooled AND has internet/phone access.

Each room has a key BUT there is a $50 charge if the key is lost. We will announce this in the event material and also ask folks to sign an agreement when they register so we're not stuck paying for keys.
