Last chance to orienteer at Gold Branch! The National Park Service has informed us that we won't be permitted to use Gold Branch for any future meets. And the courses this year must be the same as last year (they are particular about where in the park we run). So we will offer all the courses from last year plus include a contour-only map option for each course.
The National Park Service has limited us to 100 participants, so pre-registration is required. GAOC members get first priority, so you must be a member to pre-register through Friday. Non-members will be allowed to pre-register begining 12:01am on Saturday if fewer than 100 participants have registered. Pre-registration will close at 5:00am on Sunday, or when 100 participants have register, whichever comes first.
Parking at Gold Branch is very limited. Please be patient and kind if the parking lot is full and we ask you to park in the shopping center about a mile down the road.
Note there is a $5 parking fee if you don't have a CRNRA annual pass.

GAOC offers beginner instruction starting around 10am at all local meets. Runners may start their course any time between 11am and 1pm with a 3-hour time limit for all courses. All runners must be off the courses by 3pm.
From Atlanta, take GA 400 North to Exit 6 (Northridge Rd). West to Roswell Rd and turn North (right). Cross river, first left onto Azalea Rd. Turn left on Willeo Rd. then bear left to Lower Roswell Rd. Park is approx. 0.5 mile on left. Follow signs.
