Come and join us on Sunday March 8.
The Joe Kurz Wildlife Management Area is a great place to orienteer. You'll find complex contours with intersecting ditches and gullies, wide open fields for fast running, a couple of soggy swamp trails, and the occasional brier patch. Rangers have burned some of the briars to make the forest more open.
Instructions begin at 10am and the first runners will be out at 10:30am.
Please pre-register. Pre-registration closes at 5:00am the morning of the meet.
Volunteers are welcome to help with instructions, flag pickup, and other volunteer positions.
