The meet at McIntosh on May 17th will take place, with some special rules. We are going to abide by the restrictions the county has stated, and I am sure everyone will cooperate, since we want to continue to have events at the park in the future.

Special Rules:
Online pre-registration only - you must print your form at home.
No money exchanged at the meet.
No white, yellow, or orange courses.
No beginner instruction.
No epunch.
Control flags with codes, but no punches.
Only one volunteer.
Assigned start times.
No picnic shelter. All shelters are closed - I will use a tent.
No restrooms - but there are porta-potties in the lower field.
No congregating at the start/finish.
You must disburse your parking - do not park where the start/finish is located.

Show up for your start at your start time and not before. Exchange your form (print at home) for a map. Run your course immediately. When you finish, check in with the volunteer, then leave the area - no standing around and socializing.

Basically, if they see a group of 10+ people, they will ask us to leave, so no hanging around before or after your course. If they see a crowd of cars all parked together, they will have to investigate. I think the restroom parking lot is fine, and the large parking lot at the bottom of the map.

Pre-register online. There will be a limit on the number of competitors based on the start interval, so don't wait until the last minute. No registration will be allowed at the meet.

The tent (a GAOC popup) will be located in the field near shelter #2. This is the big shelter on the left on the one-way loop road. There are plenty of other places to park - the restroom parking lot, in the other fields, at the large parking lot at the bottom of the map.
