Join GAOC Sunday, February 20th at F D Roosevelt State Park. We will start and finish at the picnic shelter below the dam on the campground road. If you can find the campground, and the lake, the road runs right across the dam. Look down and you will see the picnic shelter.
There will be a white course! If you have been waiting to try orienteering, now is your chance. The white course is the beginner course, so it is the best introduction to orienteering. Meet director Sam has a limited number of epunch sticks he can loan out - contact him directly.
Sam also needs a volunteer to do beginner instruction. An ROTC group is coming that has not participated in years - new kids, new instructor - so they need beginner instruction and advice. Contact Sam if you can help.
To maintain the health and safety of all participants and volunteers during the COVID-19 pandemic, GAOC is implementing special rules for event participants. Please review and follow the GAOC Pandemic Rules.
