This is your last chance to orienteer before we restart in September! Don't miss out! Classic orienteering courses plus a memory-o. You can do the memory-o and another course if you want to. If you are concerned about the heat and vegetation that is sprouting everywhere, then consider running down a course. There are plenty of trails and fields to use for running at McIntosh, but that will add some distance to your course.

White and Yellow are the same course - starts out white, then turns yellow.

For the Memory-o, you do not get a map. Each control has a map - you memorize what you need to navigate to the next control.

Water stop - orange and above will have a water stop - a spectator control (try not to look exhausted!) - with small individual bottles of water.

Starts will be from 9 to noon. The AGM starts at 2PM, so that will give you plenty of time to finish before the meeting.

The AGM is your opportunity to participate in the planning for the club, as well as vote.
