Motala Event
The Motala consisted of three short loops and one long one.  Experienced participants mass started at 9:00 a.m. They were given one plastic bag with 4 maps, with the first three maps in different order so no one knew which loop they were doing first. When they completed the first loop, they had to come back to the start and discard that map before starting on the next loop.  Inexperienced participants started after 9:00 and copied from master maps one more more loop they wanted to do.  Finish times are not provided for those who did less than 4 loops as some competitors checked in after each loop while others did not.
