The GAOC Adult Training program will be starting with the Don Carter meet on September 9th and the Sweetwater meet on September 16th. This training is for post-high school age adults (the juniors have their own resources). Doesn't matter if you are 21 or 61, we will help you. Doesn't matter if you are struggling with yellow, trying to move beyond orange, or wanting to do well at the A meet next year, we will help you.

We will have a volunteer available to provide pre- and post-race help - just ask for the adult trainer. Have a talk before you go into the woods, then do a course critique afterwards.

At Sweetwater on 9/16, you can do the brown course using a contour-only map. Not long enough for you? Do it once with only contours, then again with the full map and compare!

In addition, we can do private training on the course, by appointment only. The trainer can critique your technique and skills and offer advice. If you want to do this, send a private email to samfsmith@gmail.com to get connected with a trainer.
