There will be no onsite registration other than beginner-level recreational "map hikes".

Early Runners
We need early runners each day to make sure controls are functional and have not been tampered with.
Please contact the registrar if you are interested in running your course early (typically as soon as daylight allows).

Changes / Refunds

Changes to entries may be made by 6AM Jan 6, 2018 at no charge. After 6AM Jan 6th, not all changes may be possible and are solely at the discretion of the Registrar and Meet Director. Any changes allowed after 6AM Jan 6th will be charged $10/competitor.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Full refunds will be made on cancellations received by 6AM Jan 6, 2018. Refund requests received after 6AM Jan 6, 2018, will be considered on an individual basis by the Meet Director. Any refunds allowed after 6AM Jan 6, 2018 will be charged $10/competitor.
