Early Runners

We need early runners each day to make sure controls are functional and have not been tampered with.
Please contact the registrar if you are interested in running your course early (typically as soon as daylight allows).

Changes / Refunds

Changes to entries may be made by 6AM EST, Jan 12, 2019 at no charge. After 6AM EST, Jan12th, not all changes may be possible and are solely at the discretion of the Registrar and Meet Director. Any changes allowed after 6AM EST, Jan 12th will be charged $10/competitor.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refunds will be made on cancellations received by 6AM EST, Jan 12, 2019. Refund requests received after 6AM EST, Jan 12, 2019, will be considered on an individual basis by the Meet Director. Any refunds allowed after 6AM EST, Jan 12, 2019 will be charged $10/competitor.
