  • Adult OUSA Member Discount will be applied at registration: $4 per day.
  • Junior OUSA Member Discount will be applied at registration: $2 per day.

  • Start times will be assigned after regular registration closes.
  • E-stick rental: $5 per day
    Note: rental e-sticks are SI-Card 8, 9, or 10 version (i.e. non-SIAC version)

OUSA Team members - free registration

Register as usual. Add a message to the Registrar that you are an OUSA Team member. Close without paying. Registrar will zero out your entry fees.

Conditions and Caveats:

  • Applies only to entry fees for Fri, Sat and/or Sun.
  • Doesn't apply to Extreme-O, T-shirts, e-stick rental, or any other items.
  • Senior team members must run F/M-21+, Juniors your highest category or above.
  • Must upload or draw your route on GAOC's LiveLox

Changes / Refunds

Changes to entries may be made by 6AM EST, Jan 2, 2027 at no charge. After 6AM EST, Jan 2, not all changes may be possible and are solely at the discretion of the Meet Director.
Any changes allowed after 6AM EST, Jan 2 will be charged $10/competitor.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refunds will be made on cancellations received by 6AM EST, Jan 2, 2027.
Refund requests received after 6AM EST, Jan 2, 2027, will be considered on an individual basis by the Registrar and Meet Director.
Any refunds allowed after 6AM EST, Jan 2, 2027 will be charged $10/competitor.
