There will be no onsite registration.
We will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes on Friday and Saturday before the event
but can not make any guarantees.

GAOC has E-sticks available to borrow. If you need to borrow e-sticks, please request them when registering.
Changes / Refunds
Changes to entries may be made by Nov 20, 2025 at no charge. After Nov 20, not all changes may be possible and are solely at the discretion of the Meet Director.Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refunds will be made on cancellations received by Nov 20, 2025.Refund requests received after Nov 20, 2025, will be considered on an individual basis by the Registrar and Meet Director.
